Epilare neteda / Smooth Shave

Fa-ti timp sa te epilezi, exfoliaza-ti picioarele si foloseste un aparat de ras cu lamele ascutite pentru o epilare neteda .    

(Take time while you shave, exfoliate your legs and use a sharp razor for a smoother shave.)

Picioare moi / Soft feet

Inmoaie si maseaza-ti labele picioarelor in apa cu sare de mare pentru a le ajuta sa fie fericite. Exfoliind usor macar de 1-2 ori pe saptamana, picioarele tale pt fi sanatase moi si fara inestetisme.

Piele uscata / Dry Skin

Urmeaza apoi  crema/ lotiunea hidratanta. Adauga 2-3 picaturi de ulei esential de menta sau lavanda in lotiunea ta, ca sa iti mentii picioarele proaspete si cu un miros placut. Cea mai buna cale de hidratare a picioarelor este sa folosesti o cantitate mica de ulei de cocos si sa o masezi pe picioare timp de cateva minute pentru a le imbunatati circulatia.

Ce poti folosi pentru o epilare ca la carte / What can you use for a good shave

Lapte de cocos /Ulei de cocos: Foloseste ulei sau lapte de cocos ca lotiune de ras. Intra in piele lasand-o catifelata si fina.

(Coconut Milk/ Coconut oil: Use coconut oil or milk as a shaving cream. It penetrates deep into the skin leaving it soft and smooth.)

Miere: Poate fi folosita in multe feluri in rutina zilnica de ingrijire, si de ce nu am folosi-o ca alternativa in locul cremei de ras. Spala pielea cu apa calduta, intinde un strat subtire de miere si epileaza.

Unt: Foloseste unt de shea sau unt de ccos sa iti inmoi pielea pentru epilare, hiddrateaza si hraneste de asemenea pielea epilata.

(Butter: Use shea butter or coco butter to soften the skin for shave, it also nourishes and moisturizes the shaved area.)

Aloe Vera:  Cu aloe vera pura in gel poti sa obtii o epilare delicata fara iritatii, pentru ca calmeaza pielea.Inainte sa te epilezi aplica aloe vera pe picioare timp de 30 de minute .Apoi poti ori sa te razi sau epilezi. Odata ce ai terminat clateste-te si aplica ulei pe picioare.

(Aloe Vera: Pure aloe vera gel can give a bump and rash free shave as it soothes and calms the skin. Before you shave apply aloe vera to your legs for about 30 minutes. Then you can either shave or epilate. Once you’re done, just rinse and add oil to your legs!)

Lapte: Baga un disc de bumbac in lapte si aplica pe piele, laptele ajuta la exfolierea pielii dandu-ti o epilare perfecta. Foloseste lapte rece dupa ce te-ai epilat ca sa iti hidrateze si calmeze pielea iritata.

Ulei de ras : Ia in considerare folosirea uleiurilor  inainte si dupa epilare. Uleiurile ca cel de masline sau de migdale dulci ajuta la mentinerea pielii hidratata
