DIY Jacket / Jacheta Facuta de Mine

Buna!
Hello! A few days ago I got from my mom a leather jacket in a redish-brown color and I didn’t like how the sleeves fit me so I decided to modify the jacket. I need to say that this is the first time I do sleeves and I do not have a sewing machine so bare with me and try to not run when you see the stitches. In the next images you’re gonna see the procedure of the sleeve making and putting them on a jacket.

I first wanted to do some kind of a biker jacket but I changed my mind, that’s why you see the clips. I started by cutting the sleeves and I left a small part of material to stitch it nicely inwards.

Then I cut the material in the pattern of the sleeves of the jacket and stitched it to the jacket.
