Remedii pentru piele iarna- winter skin remedies

In timp ce in vremea de iarna este distractiv sa te imbraci gros, sa savurezi ciocolata calda si sa te asezi confortabil langa foc, este un dezastru pentru pielea noastra. Iarna este cunoscuta pentru lasarea pielii uscate, pastoase si care se descuameaza (dintre care nici una nu e ideala).
Si cu vortexul polar in vigoare in acest sezon este momentul perfect de a face un control de daune cu cateva din sfaturile mele preferate…

While winter weather makes it fun to bundle up, sip hot cocoa, and cozy up by the fire, it does wreak havoc on one very important factor: our skin. Winter is notorious for leaving skin dry, flaky and pasty (none of which are ideal). And with the polar vortex in full force this season, there’s no better time to do some damage control with a few of our favorite skin tips…

Mananca Corect / Eat Right
Iarna inseamna sezon rece , iar atunci cand imunitatea ta scade la fel scade si stralucirea sanatoasa a pielii tale . Ai grija de tine din interior cu alimente care cresc imunitatea bogate in vitamina E (fructe de padure), vitamina C (spanac), si zinc (nuci ). Aceste ingrediente nu doar cresc sistemul imunitar, dar dau pielii necesarul de nutrienti pentru a functiona si arata grozav.

Winter means cold season, and when your immunity drops so does your skin’s healthy glow. Take care of yourself internally with immunity building foods rich in Vitamin E (Berries), Vitamin C (Spinach), and Zinc (Nuts). Not only will these ingredients boost your immunity but they will also give your skin the necessary nutrients to function and look great.

Foloseste Ulei / Oil Up

Nu-ti fie frica sa folosesti uleiuri pe fata! Uleiurile au o reclama proasta, dar folosind uleiul corect poate avea un efect foarte benefic de vindecare atat intern cat si extern.
Foloseste ulei cat mai neprocesat, presat la rece , organic care sa-ti suplimenteze dieta ca uleiul de peste, primula, coacaz negru, chiar si ulei extravirgin de masline.
Acestea vor ajuta la vindecarea cicatricilor, minimizarea liniilor fine, si vor vor aajuta la sigilarea umiditatii in piele pentru a preveni dezhidratarea. Poti avea pielea grasa, uscata, iritata sau sa te confrunti cu acneea, uleiurile o sa-ti ajute enorm.
Piele uleioasa, piele predispusa la acnee: Foloseste ulei de cocos, sau ulei de samburi de struguri amestecate cu uleiuri esentiale ca cel de arbore de ceai sau lavanda.
Piele uscata : Foloseste ulei de jojoba, ulei de masline sau de trandafir.
Pielea iritata sau sensibila : Foloseste uleiuri esentiale ca cel de musetel, galbenele sau jojoba.

Don’t be afraid to use oils on your face! Oils have a bad rap, but the right ones can have a very beneficial healing effect on your skin internally and externally. Use minimally processed, cold pressed, organic oils to supplement your diet such as fish, evening primrose, black currant, or even extra virgin olive oil. These will help you heal from scars, minimize fine lines and wrinkles, and allow your skin to seal in moisture to prevent dehydration. Whether you are oily, dry, irritated or dealing with acne, oils will benefit you tremendously.

  • Oily, acne-prone skin: Use coconut oil, or grapeseed blended with essential oils like tea tree, lavender and neem.
  • Dry skin: Use jojoba, olive oil and rose essential oil.
  • Irritated or sensitive skin: Use essential oils such as chamomile, calendula and jojoba.     

Exfoliaza / Exfoliate
In lunile iernii pielea poate deveni in special uscata si obosita. De aceea este important sa o exfoliezi. Cand exfoliem , inlaturam toate celulele moarte ale pielii si transmitem pielii mesajul de a produce mai mult colagen si de a aduce la suprafata celulele noi regenerate ale pielii.

In the winter months, skin can get especially dry and dull. That’s why it is extremely important to exfoliate the skin. When we exfoliate, we are sloughing off old dead skin cells and we send a message to the skin to produce more collagen and bring forth our new regenerated skin cells. Your skin will look bright and fresh after exfoliating, and it will feel better too.

Scade temperatura apei / Turn down the heat

Apa fierbinte este ca lipitoarea ce extrage umiditatea din piele. Fii sigura ca atunci cand faci dus apa este calda dar nu fierbinte. Odata ce iesi din dus , aplica o lotiune groasa peste tot apoi imbraca-te cu un halat din bumbac pentru a da timp corpului sa absoarba si sa sigileze umiditatea.

Hot water leeches moisture from your skin. Be sure your shower is warm but not scalding hot. Once you get out of the shower, apply a thick lotion all over and then put on a cotton robe to give your body some time to absorb and lock in the moisture.

Bea apa! / Drink up!
Corpul tau este hranit din interior spre exterior. Prin urmare este esential sa te asiguri ca bei multa apa pe parcursul zilei. Daca nu bei destula apa buzele ti se vor crapa iar pielea ti se va usca.

You body is nourished from the inside out. Therefore it’s key to ensure you are taking in lots of water throughout the day. If you don’t drink enough water, your lips will be chapped and your skin will be dry.

Iaurtul Grecesc / Go Greek
Acidul lactic din iaurtul grecesc este foarte benefic pielii tale, in special cand este uscata. Fa-ti o masca cu iaurt grecesc! Este hranitoare si hidratanta.

The lactic acid in Greek yogurt is very beneficial to your skin, particularly when it’s dry. Give Greek yoghrt mask a try it is both nourishing and hydrating.

Fa-ti machiajul hidratant / Make your makeup moisturize
In lunile reci de iarna este important sa-ti imbunatatesti regimul de frumusete. Daca ai pielea uscata foloseste un fond de ten laptos si renunta la pudra. Sau inceraca fard-uri de obraz cremoase. Poti de asemenea sa amesteci fondul de ten sau anticearcanul cu crema de fata, facand aplicatia mai neteda si ajuta la potolirea pielii. Sau aplica o apa hidratanta de fata care e de asemena foarte
hranitoare.

During the winter months, it’s important to update your beauty regimen. If you have particularly dry skin, maybe use a milky foundation and skip the powder. Or opt for creamier blushes. Mix my moisturizer with foundation or concealer, which make the application smoother and it helps to quench the skin. You can also spirtz some  hidrating water mist on the face. It’s  very hydrating.

    1. There are lots of face packs out there > Freeman Feeling Beautiful Avocado & Oatmeal Facial Clay Mask,, The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Face Mask-this one really clears the breakouts, and they are really inexpensive. But I think the best are the homemade ones.
